Iorram Related Radio Activities

Iorram's favourite record producer and broadcaster John Cavanagh has teamed up with director Maria Gil of Lisbon based theatre company Teatro Do Silencio in a new production of Pirate Radio, a broadcast for the stage. In this production devised from John's memories and experiences he opens his diary, asks questions and invites invisible guests to the show. Pirate Radio is a flashback, a journey, an attempt at mapping memories and of putting an audience face-to-face with the past and future. It takes place live on stage at The Arches in Glasgow, and is broadcast live online on Radio 6 International here: http://www.radiosix.com/index.html

To mark the launch of their new CD 'Metamorphic Rock' with George Lewis the Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra will be performing live at Streetlevel Photoworks on Saturday 20th of June as part of the Glasgow Jazz Festival.
